Memorable E-Bike Experience with Gilles & Hilsen – Highly Recommend!

点评：Our group of 8 Deaf women had an absolutely incredible day with Esland Bike in Uturoa. From the moment Gilles picked us up at the airport, the hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. He brought us straight to the bike shop, where he and his assistant Hilsen took plenty of time to explain the e-bikes and the route. They were patient, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating every step of the way.
Understanding that we preferred a more relaxed ride, Gilles drove us up to the scenic lookout point so we could enjoy a mostly downhill journey. When we were ready to wrap up our ride near the UNESCO heritage site, they picked us up and, out of the goodness of their hearts, gave us an impromptu driving tour around the island—an unexpected and generous bonus.
We returned past closing time, yet they still encouraged us to shop for snacks and drinks at the local market next door, and then personally delivered us to the dock where our catamaran was waiting. Throughout the day, the fact that our group was Deaf and communicated using ASL didn’t faze them at all—they were open, respectful, and went above and beyond to connect with us and ensure we had an unforgettable experience.
Esland Bike is a gem—professional, kind-hearted, and deeply committed to sharing the beauty of their island with visitors. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
