点评：The service was absolutely perfect. Everything was very simple and the whole procedure was explained clearly. The bikes themselves were excellent – high quality and worked flawlessly.
We dealt with Taran, who was extremely kind and helpful, taking the time to explain how everything worked. When we arrived, the bikes were already prepared and adjusted to our heights, ready to go.
They also provide great route suggestions, along with a paper map and even a Garmin GPS with the chosen route preloaded. This makes it super easy to explore the area without worrying about directions.
It’s honestly one of the best ways to see the Cotswold villages, avoiding traffic and parking issues. On top of that, they give you tips on local pubs where you can stop for food or a drink along the way.
I would highly recommend this service – everything was perfect from start to finish.
