Good food but poor facilities

点评：An iconic building in modern Kolkata that is well visible from a distance as one approaches it but there are no road signs that would help one to reach its entrance by car. We kept passing it again and again before eventually we found a cryptic turn to reach it. The restaurant is high up accessed by a lift and has a 360 degree view. There was no wheel chair for a disabled member in our group. Fortunately we had taken one with us. A direct access to the entrance in a wheel chair from the tiny car parking area was not possible because of a raised strip of path in the way. There is no washroom in the restaurant and one has to come right down to the street level again if one wanted to use the washroom which was filthy.
Staff are polite and courteous. Food was tasty and well cooked. Nolen gurer icecream was delicious.
I hope that the management read this review and take some steps to remedy the issues I have highlighted.
