Gossiping staff not supervising
Air Unlimited Burnley的点评
点评：I have been to air unlimited many times previously and also booked a party here before but was highly disappointed by this visit.
Upon entry the receptionist was lovely. We arrived early so she explained we would have to wait but did offer us the earlier session if we wanted to.
When it was our time we set off onto the inflatables.
2 young members of staff were sat opposite the landing pad.
My 2 children jumped off the platform safely. One of the young girls said that my younger (4 years) cannot jump off the platform again- I asked why and her response was ‘I’ll get in trouble, I don’t know the reasons, she’s got a white wristband.
I said okay and moved on
When I have visited previously a member of staff has been sat at the top supervising.
The same happened again with another child wearing a wristband. He was allowed to jump off before checking his band.
The 2 members of staff sat in the same position for the remainder of my visit (1hr and 30min+ the waiting time around 20 minutes).
They were not supervising the park and neither were the parents of children visiting, the older children on the park were climbing in places they shouldn’t be and spoiling it for others- as noted by other park users!
The receptionist lady was running round doing what seemed like all the jobs whilst other staff were being paid for sitting down gossiping!
The ball put also has foreign objects in that my son pulled out of the ball pit. Namely a birthday badge.

他们没有看管公园，参观儿童的父母也没有看管，公园里年龄较大的孩子爬到了不该爬的地方，破坏了其他人的兴致——其他公园用户都注意到了这一点！
接待员女士四处奔波，似乎在做所有的工作，而其他工作人员则坐下来闲聊，却能拿到工资！
球池里还有我儿子从球池里拿出的异物。也就是一个生日徽章。
