Arcadia All-Florida Championship Rodeo的点评
点评：This was our second year to attend. half of us were in section Q, premium seats, IE those with backs. If you buy very front row (row 1) in the arena, you have lots of folks from the nosebleeds who will stand in front of you so they get a better view. You'll be asking them to keep walking, then you feel bad when they say, "Oh, my kid can't see from our seats and just wants to watch for a few minutes". That said, front row is supreme, bc you can see great. You will also have the safety fence right at eye level, so there's a bit of wiggling to get the fence rail at good height. --- but in sect Q you will see the folks queuing up the calves & sheep for roping, and riders as the enter the arena - which is super fantastic! And, the restroom is right under O and Q, so it's convenient if you have elders with you. The rest of our group was in Q row 6. These were bleacher style. No backs, but were fine for the few hours we were there. They noted that they could see pretty good there as well.
We bought a hotdog & lemonade, I think they came in just under $20.
The pre-show begins around 130, rodeo at 2. It wrapped up around 430. Because the roads are 1 lane in & out, getting out of the parking lot took a while.
The entertainment is family centric. I did feel a bid bad for the bucking riders, as they get whiplashed about pretty good. same with the calves that are roped and bounced. Nonetheless, the athletes (horse and human) are amazing, and the clown skits were cute. I'll go again.
