点评：It's a scam. They offer good prices at booking only to charge you for bogus damages on the wheels and tires when you return the car. They charged me 325 euro for scratches on a wheel which are barely noticeable, and may not even occurred during my rental period. I even had their "top protection plan" for additional 9 euro/day but it turns out this plan doesn't cover wheels and tire. All those positive reviews you see are pre written and customers are asked to sign them only. I am attaching part of the report so you can see for yourself the ridicules claims of damages they make. Only consider the photos of the wheels and tires - the rest are not relevant as the protection plan covers all except the wheels and tires according their policy. Customer service to dispute the charges is non existent and there is nothing on the website that outlines any kind of dispute resolution. You are on the mercy of the agents on the spot - once you leave, forget it.
