点评：As I returning tourist to Bali I rebooked this company. We had previously used them on our last visit. I sent WhatsApp with arrangements on and was given a price, to which we agreed and received a booking note to confirm pick up, itinerary and most of all confirming the price. Months later I then contacted them to look at adding on other services and trips and thought it would be best to use the same company, I again was given a quote. I then said to go ahead and once I received the billing note all of the prices for each transfer had gone up for 50,000 including the initial booking which was 6 months ago. When inquired on this I was told prices have gone up and that was it, so I cancelled the rest of the trip and I was then told that the initial booking had increased by 50,000, to which I can’t understand, it already been agreed and booked and if I hadn’t of asked then for a further 4 bookings my booking would have never changed! Stay well clear as you can’t trust this company to adhere to the agreement they have made. There’s plenty of other companies to use who will give you what they agree!
