Cracking afternoon at Gin School

点评：We went (two couples) for the Gin School and had an absolute blast. It’s a small family run business, and the members of staff running the school are the family members themselves. From the outset it’s a fun and friendly environment, learning lots about the history of gin and its production, into the botanicals and requirements to make your own gin. Guided along the way by very helpful friendly and fun staff, you are encouraged to theme and come up with the recipe for your own gin (with help if you need it) and lots of samples of their own products as you are doing it. You then get to distill your gin and watch it bubble through, whilst thinking up a name for it and generating some friendly competition about who will get the highest %abv at the end. A really fun and unique way to spend and afternoon, and we all left very happy and thoroughly tipsy! Thanks guys
