13-day Uganda safari with family
PETNAH AFRICA TOURS的点评
点评：Petnah organised an Uganda trip for my elderly mum last year, and the service was impeccable. It was thus easy to ask Petnah to organise our 13-day family safari. We set up a bespoke programme and Petnah made all the arrangements, booking hotels, permits, internal flight and transport.
Booking early with them gave us good rates for gorilla and chimp trekking permits and hotels. Booking through a local company is significantly cheaper than going through a travel agent in Europe. The other benefit is that the money spent is spent in Uganda. The only thing we booked ourselves were our flights.
Our guides were fantastic. Roni and Meddy were very knowledgable and their network of local people, other guides, and UWA rangers mean that they can have inside info on where the good viewing spots are. But we did not rely on the network alone, often we found ourselves among the big cats, just on our own. They showed excellent road awareness and we travelled safely.
Petnah went through extra effort to install 3-point seatbelts at our request and the vehicle was liberally stocked with drinks and snacks.
Looking back there was nothing that needed improvement.
From initial contact, discussing options and alternatives, all through the booking process, and the actual trip it was terrific.
Many thanks to the Petnah team. We had an amazing time. And you (and the beauty of Uganda) deserve all the credit.

If I see a 4.9 average star rating I often think, yeah right. But for Petnah, they are undervalued, it should be 5*

回首起来，实在没有任何需要改进的地方。
从最初的联系、讨论各种选项与替代方案，到后续的预订流程以及实际的旅行体验，一切都棒极了。
