Best service for our customized trip to Italy !

点评：Chaira from Asolando was absolutely the best travel agent I have ever had for my travels. I traveled with (5) people on a customized trip that included Venice, Florence, a quick stop in Pienza, a few days in Tuscany in a Villa in Monticiello and back to Venice.
The trip included tours in Venice, Florence and the Villa. The first night in the Villa, a wonderful Chef Danielie cooked a 4 course meal for us when we arrived that was absolutely delicious . The next day we did a cooking class that was right around the corner from our villa with the same chef, another wonderful experience. The next day a wine tour - which ended up being more of a delicious lunch with wine pairing. The tour included a beautiful tour of the hills of Tuscany and a short stop in Montelcino.(I do not suggest the vintage Volkswagen)
Chaira took care of all our hotel bookings, the train tickets and private car transfers, and water taxis We ran into a snag when we were returning back to Venice due to the train being down, and Chiara found a solution and had private drivers take us all the way back to Venice. She met us in Venice in torrential rain to make sure our transfer back to the hotel went smoothly.
Chiara texted me every step of the way to make sure all our tours went smoothly throughout the entire vacation.
I must say Chiara went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and without any issues and was able to stay within our budget. I would definitely recommend her and consider using Asolondo again.
