点评：Long story short… wow, wow, wow.
Amallay Travel came highly recommended from a close friend of ours but given we’d not used a travel company before we were a little hesitant for the simple fact of not knowing what to expect and enjoying the planning process ourselves.
However, from the very start Melanie couldn’t have been more helpful with taking us through the process and their offering. From the planning, payment and full itinerary, to the flawless service provided, Melanie, Hassan (our guide) and Abderrahim (our driver) were incredible.
It wasn’t just that what was planned was great but it was the BEST. For example the quad bike excursion in the desert was private to me and my partner and they provided suits for us to wear (many companies we saw had 10+ people and no protective covering).
The private dinner we had in the desert for my partners birthday was next level with the service and entertainment. Melanie had also arranged a gorgeous surprise for my partner as part of the celebration.
The tour of the medina and shopping experience with Hassan was relaxed and informative. The pride for the area really shone through with the historic and modern knowledge he shared. At this stage a set of friends had joined us and we all felt we had the space to explore various shops without feeling pressured to buy thanks to Hassan’s assistance.
We also had a pre-arranged plan changed last minute which the team were incredibly flexible about.
All in all, when we go back to Marrakech we will 1000% be using these guys. Not only was every expectation exceeded but they were genuinely lovely and caring people.
