First of all, their site never mentioned that if I request the flying plan that would make the booking and I would be obliged to make the payment. I came to know about that via a debt collection agency and before that there was no communication from this company.
I made the payment and booking the experience date was also not easy. I tried calling multiple times but never received any response. Later I could book it.
Reaching the location by public transportation was not as easy as it would be if you opt for other flying clubs. Somehow we managed to reach the location. Staffs were not that communicating. Although the pilot with whom I flew was friendly and shared some information.
I was told that they would share the video in a week but that never happened. It's been 3 months now and they don't reply to emails of phone calls. Anyone would love to keep a memory like this and when you pay for the service and the service is denied is even worst.
So, overall experience was not at all good.
