点评:Oh my, where should I begin? Well, I spent quite some time researching this trail before I made the decision to do it, thanks to you guys who did the reviews on here before me. Most of them did warn us that this is not an easy journey and they were not lying. I am 36 years old and go to the gym 3-4 times a week to work out on muscles and not doing cardio, so it was not an easy journey for me to complete this trail. I stopped a lot to catch my breath while going up those 5,000 steps 😅.
The trail sign advises that the complete trail takes 4 hours and I did just over 4 hours with two stops for snacks and lots of stops to take photos because the view was amazing! The first hour, you will only go up and up the steps with not so much to see, but don’t let this stop you, it will get better and better after that. The views are amazing! So keep going, guys!
Ps. Do this trail on a good day - it helped a lot if you were in a good head space, positive mindset, because it will help you keep going and not wanting to back down ☺️ Reward yourself after you complete it.
