Swiss Panorama is highly recommended

点评：My Swiss Panorama planned a 7-day itinerary for my husband and me, with just a few months' notice, and did an excellent job. The staff members with whom we communicated were responsive and pleasant to work with. They respected our budget and worked with us to stay within it. They booked comfortable hotels for us and arranged for train and museum tickets. We felt that we got a good overview of Switzerland, which was what we wanted.
We cannot say enough good things about Christina who was our guide for 3 full-day excursions on the 23, 25 and 27 of August. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, a fantastic driver on curving mountain roads, and fun to talk with. We experienced incredible mountains and lakes, charming small villages and cows (our new favorite sound is the sound of Swiss cowbells). We even happened on a parade of Brown Swiss cows coming down from the high mountain pastures, with adults and children in traditional costumes guiding them along their way, the men yodeling! We experienced cable car rides, cheese and chocolate shops, and the widest and highest waterfalls in Europe. Christina was great at finding out-of-the-way places and viewpoints of majestic mountains, lovely valleys, and gorgeous glacially-fed lakes. She also shared Swiss history, which we got to experience as well, including a visit to William Tell's birthplace. Last, but not least, Christina prepared one of the best picnic lunches we have ever enjoyed, on a lovely sunny day, next to a rushing aquamarine stream with wandering dairy cows, accompanied by the sonorous sound of cowbells.
Our tours of Zurich with Eugenie and Geneva with Shiva were informative and gave us great introductions to each city. The pace of these walking tours was comfortable and our guides happily answered our many questions and even provided dining recommendations.
We would love to return to Switzerland and would definitely use My Swiss Panorama to plan another adventure for us.
