Green Hill Hostel & Tour的点评
点评：We just finished a 3 night/4 day tour booked through Green Hill with our easy riders Binh and Dinh. We have travelled to many places in the world and this is by far the most amazing thing we have ever done. Our guides were two of the most outstanding people we have ever met.
It’s clear that Green Hill wants to hire the best drivers to provide the best experience for their customers. When we were on the trip, other travellers (from different hostels) often commented about how good our guides were treating us.
Through the booking process Hoang (Owner of Green Hills) was very responsive. She ensured we got picked up from the airport and taken to Ha Hiang the night before our tour and was always available via WhatsApp. She helped us get transport to Sapa after our tour too and had dinner with us on our final night in Ha Hiang.
Safety: Before we started, we were slightly anxious because it was very rainy. Green hill provided us with waterproof equipment to protect us from mud and water every day. Our drivers were incredible, very safe at all times. We saw people have accidents from other hostels who chose to drive the bikes themselves.
Food: We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner together daily with our guides. This allowed us to deeply understand the culture of the local people along with history of the areas.
Hospitality of our guides: The restaurants you stop at for lunch offer family style meals. The restaurants can be busy sometimes with other groups but our guides would always step in and help to ensure we were taken care of.
Local Knowledge: Our drivers were both from a town in the Ha Giang Loop. They know about every village that is part of the tour and provided amazing insight.
Part of family: Our drivers turned out to be cousins - we felt like we were a welcome part of their family. At each home stay, we would meet other travellers and their guides. Everyone had a fantastic time.
Take Cash: Don’t forget that you are going to remote areas and will often stop for coffee/snacks. These shops accept cash only. You will also want to take cash for a tip for you driver - these guys deserve it for the amazing job that they do.
