Very bad inexperienced experience and was treated very bad

点评：We had a very disappointing experience with this company. Our guide appeared very very inexperienced and provided very little support throughout the via ferrata excursion.
Instructions were often unclear, leaving us unsure of what we should and should not do, which raised serious safety concerns.
In addition, the guide made a racist remark during the trip, which were completely inappropriate and made the experience uncomfortable.
What was most concerning was the decision to have us descend the via ferrata during heavy rain, despite clear warnings at the start of the route stating that descending in stormy conditions is extremely dangerous and should not be attempted.
To make matters worse, we were not dropped back at our apartment as expected and were instead left to walk back ourselves.
Despite the experience being cut short and not being completed as advertised, the company still demanded full payment. When we questioned this, we were threatened with having the police called if we did not pay immediately, which felt intimidating and completely unprofessional.
Overall, the experience was poorly managed, unprofessional, and at times felt unsafe. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company at all
