点评：We arrived to be given the keys to our room. Well, it was awful. We had a hob cut into the draining board of the sink shower we couldn't use due to curtain was way too small and water was going on the floor we went to reception and asked to be moved we were told we had to wait until the following day at 3pm when manager was on.
A day wasted waiting, then to be told it was going to cost us an extra 40 euros a night. we did this and were given the keys to a different room this room had a broken toilet we went to complain they sent the gardener up to repair it one flush and broken again we had to wait all night until the following day without a working toilet they eventually came and repaired it using our bath towels to wipe the mess up I went and asked cleaners to clean it and for new bath towels to be handed towels and told to clean it myself I refused.
Stained sheets, no working tv. Well, there, we both started coughing and wheezing. We are both home with bronchitis from the dirty air conditioning and plenty of medication, too.
