Very poor costumer service, rude. Overall look and cleanliness not very good.

点评：The games of bowling were good, apart from the fact that afew times the pins weren't dropping correctly. The place itself is very poor, from the look to the seating and general cleanliness were not appealing, website offers what looks like a very lovely modern feel and imformation about booking a party there and there being food available for these parties, but to be honest when you are there you feel like you wouldn't really want to eat there due to the look of the place and it doesn't look hygienically clean. Also the staff was only one person, who really didn't seem or smell that pleasant, also my daughter only 6 years old accidentally spilled her orange juice and the staff member seemed very upset and agitated, stating we don't allow drinks like orange juice and drinks as such here as they become sticky if spilled and are not cleaned properly, which is all well and good, but that was not mentioned when we arrived or were there any signs of this nature, even though drinks were learly allowed on the lanes, due to other parties having bottles of beer and cider whilst on the lanes. He semed very rude and standoffish too when my other daughter only 8 mind you accidentally stepped on the area the orange juice had been spilled and was quite standoffish towards my friend who was looking after my daughter while i took my turn. I will not be going there again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
