Avoid the company! Make written agreements for price, tour objectives, time!

点评：We bought from an operator in the Old Town of Dubrovnik an 8 hour private tour - setting a route with stops in three islands - Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan. Price for 5 persons - low speed boat with drinks served on board - 540 Euro.
First disappointment - the boat! Old, noisy, fuel odor.
But the even more surprising problem came from the captain - he did not want to take us to the third island (Sipan) because he had never been there!!!
The stops at the blue and green caves were nice. We had good coffee in Kolocep. We had lunch In Lopud and then he took us to Sunj beach crammed 8 people in a vehicle of 6 ( EUR 30 with no alternatives, the only transportation option in the area). After many phone calls and tense discussions the captain was willing to take us to Sipan anyway, even though it was after 4.00 p.m.
After all the experiences of the day we decided to return to Duvrovnik where we had another round of tense discussions - the captain wanted to receive the full money, of course without a receipt. He was very annoyed - he stayed with us for 7 hours and 35 minutes out of the 8 hours and we do not want to pay him in full for his "beautiful trip"!!!
Let's not forget the drinks - with such atmosphere we had 3 or 4 beers and a bottle of still water. When we asked for the second bottle of water - we received an opened one, full of ice - we didn't dare to touch it..
We ended up with a ruined vacation day, a payment of EUR 500 and a "lesson" - to choose a company with good recommendations and to sign a detailed agreement (price, time and tour objectives).
