Plains of Abraham Escape Game was excellent

点评：We toured the museum and it was great. Everything you’d expect from a site of historical significance in Canada.
The next morning we came back to do the Escape Game which I had booked for a 9:45am start. We are fans of escape rooms and usually finish the room with minimal hints. This one was challenged us and took us 2 hours and 20 min to complete (the target time is 1.5 hrs). The clues are set over a 5km course that takes you to around the grounds of the Plains of Abraham. I was so impressed with the quality of the game, especially given the logistical challenge of not having a stationary room. All clues and locks are contained in a wheelbarrow that you wheel around. It’s not especially hard or heavy, my 13 yr old pushed it for a bit. The clues incorporate some of the landmarks, buildings and statues so you do actually have to travel around to solve the puzzles. We did start the game during a light rain, and that was fine, but it would be very hard to do in a downpour. We had a lot of fun and got to learn about the area in a unique way. It’s also easy to do in either French or English. Highly recommend but make sure you have plenty of time.
