点评：Tres disappointed.
There was no hot water - front desk claimed there was some issue with something on the roof - but there was no compensation and for a $400+ room I feel there should be a price reduction.
The room was a bit tired - wet stains on the couch, peeling wallpaper, but the real issue was that housekeeping/maintenance hadn't prepared the room properly.
-2 out of 3 lights in the room didn't work (broken switch was sitting on the desktop, and the other light bulb had burnt out) and the TV remote didn't work and needed to be reprogrammed. It took over 30 minutes for maintenance to arrive which is a long time when you're tired from travelling and sitting in the near-dark, wanting to get ready for bed. Then after maintenance came, an hour later (midnight) we were disturbed by a second maintenance person who we had not called, knocking to "set up the bed".
The location is great for its proximity to Old Quebec, but city-view room overlooked a big bus terminal and a square, where there were large speakers blaring music from performers on a stage, and the noise was extremely loud and went on until 11:15 or so. Indoor rooms overlook the pool which is full of screaming kids and someone singing and playing the guitar, (that was nice), but not so nice if you're looking to sleep.
I would not stay here again even though the beds themselves were comfortable and the front desk check in people were pleasant. The noise, the price, coupled with lack of response from management, leads me to suspect this is a common experience. If you can stay anywhere else, do so.

地理位置优越，靠近魁北克老城，但城景房俯瞰着一个大型公交总站和一个广场，广场上巨大的扬声器播放着舞台上表演者的音乐，噪音非常大，一直持续到11:15左右。室内房间俯瞰着游泳池，游泳池里挤满了尖叫的孩子，还有人唱歌弹吉他（这很不错），但如果你想睡觉的话，就不太好。
虽然床很舒服，前台办理入住的人也很友好，但我不会再住这里了。噪音、价格，再加上管理层的冷漠，让我怀疑这种情况很常见。如果可以住在其他地方，那就住吧。
