点评：Sweet Retreats at Casa Chango is truly a magical place. I’ve been to a couple retreats here, and it’s always been such a spiritual enrichment for me. The accommodations are comfortable and amazingly efficient, completely off the grid using solar energy! The food created by the kitchen staff is fresh and nourishing, perfect for long days of intensive training. Many of the fruits and vegetables are grown right on Casa Chango! There are many places on the property to relax, such as the infinity pool, the lounge, and a hike down to the river. The gym is a recreational aerialist’s dream! High rigging points and plenty of them, stocked with all the foam rollers and equipment you need for warm-ups and cool downs. Casa Chango has some of the best sunsets on this side of the world, whether it’s by the pool, the beach, or at the gym.
