Bright Safaris Uganda的点评
点评：My wife and I had made a reservation for a five-day safari in Kenya through the above-mentioned company. As requested by Mr.Meddy Kawesa, we paid the full amount of $3700.
On 21 September 2025, we were expecting to be picked up at 08:00 a.m. from our hotel. However, no one showed up at the appointed time!
Upon contacting Mr. Kawesa, he informed us that he would check on the situation, explaining that he was currently in Uganda. He later told us that the driver who was supposed to collect us could not be reached, as his phone was switched off. A few hours later, Mr. Kawesa contacted us again, explaining that while Bright Safaris Uganda is based in Uganda, he had delegated the organization of our safari in Kenya to a partner or subcontractor there. According to him, this individual had defrauded his company, resulting in our booking not being honored.
Mr. Kawesa, don't dare to lie again as below all the negative reviews that we haven't booked with you. Attached are the payment confirmations with transfers to YOUR company and the chat with you! We still haven't received our money back despite all the promises for over a month! DON'T TRUST MEDDY KAWESA AND BRIGHT SAFARIS UGANDA!
