点评:We travelled to Dougga from Le Kef using public transport. At the Le Kef louage station, we simply told the staff “Dougga”, and someone arranged for us to join a louage heading north towards Nouvelle Dougga – a small roadside hub we had also stopped at on our way from Tunis to El Kef.
The louage to Nouvelle Dougga cost 15 TND per person. Once you arrive, head to the obvious rest stop/shop (you’ll see louage drivers taking breaks, using the toilet and grabbing food). Speak to the shop owner – let them know you’re going to the Dougga ruins. They’ll call a local driver with a van who can take you up to the site. It cost us 25TND total (for three people) round-trip, and the driver told us when he’d come back to pick us up.
After visiting the ruins, return to the same shop (Espace Bicha) and wait for a louage or bus heading back to either Tunis or El Kef. I think there must be way to get back to Tunis as well from that resting point.
