Bamboo Beach Club的点评
点评：The food was absolutely awful.
• The burgers were both raw and burnt.
• The supervisor prepared a cocktail that had ants in it.
• All three servings of Stamp and Go had raw flour inside.
• The Oxtail Pasta also had raw flour and was completely undercooked.
• The festival was so overpowered by cornmeal it was hard to enjoy.
• The ketchup was spoiled, and when we raised this concern, the manager insisted that ketchup “can’t spoil.”
We were greeted with a long list of dos and don’ts, including no smoking, yet a British couple seated beside us was allowed to smoke freely.
When our server returned with the supervisor, a lady with a very poor attitude interrupted. I had to ask who she was, and she stated she was the manager Ms Annmarie. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, as she blamed her staff instead of addressing our concerns.
It was also clear that our server was afraid of her Manager, which was sad to see.
The only positive part of this experience was our server, who showed excellent customer service. She was patient, kind, and genuinely tried to make things right, even though it was clear the management did not support her efforts.
