点评：What a fantastic experience our guided morning hike on the Cunucu Arikok trail was! If you want to truly understand and experience Arikok National Park, there is no better way than setting out with an experienced guide early in the morning.
We left early to beat the intense Aruban sun. The peace and quiet in the park at that time of day is just magical. Our guide was incredibly passionate and knew absolutely everything about the unique nature and history of the area. Thanks to the early hour and the tranquility on the trail, we were able to observe the beautiful wara wara birds and the brightly colored blue lizards (kododos) in complete peace and from up close! Another absolute highlight was admiring the ancient rock paintings, with our guide sharing the fascinating history behind them with great enthusiasm.
The Cunucu Arikok route is beautiful and diverse. You hike among gigantic cacti and learn all about the history of the old Aruban plantation and traditional agriculture. The guide adapted the pace perfectly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
