If you’ve been to the Ballindalloch distillery then this is a must do for a Big Ballindalloch day out!
Ballindalloch Castle and Gardens的点评
点评：Well this was a very grand, very impressive and very enjoyable location! Me and my wife had been at the Ballindalloch Distillery learning about its inception and how the MacPherson-Grant family came to help start it up and then learned of their ancestral home in Ballindalloch!
We opted for the Castle & Grounds admission the day after our distillery tour, which was well worth it - you could EASILY spend an entire day there! There’s no photography allowed inside the castle itself (you need to see it for yourself, of course!) and all I’ll say is if you’re visiting the castle itself make sure you bring appropriate footwear (comfortable and practical shoes or trainers, you’ll thank me later)
And the grounds itself are lovely - finally we stopped off at the cafe itself where we both indulged a little! The soup of the day was broccoli and Stilton and we also had cheese and red onion chutney sandwiches with it. Followed by Coffee & Walnut cake and a thick slab of Victoria Sandwich cake - slightly gutted though I didn’t know there was a Ballindalloch castle exclusive whisky here you can only get there but I’ll just need to save that for a future time as we would both love to be back as well
This is, in my opinion, somewhere where: -
A) If you’ve visited the Distillery, you need to visit the Castle & Gardens
or
B) If you’ve visited the Castle & Grounds, you need to visit the distillery
It helps with the overall “Ballindalloch Experience” personally

在我看来，这里是这样的：
A) 如果你参观了酒厂，就一定要去城堡和花园
或者 B) 如果你参观了城堡和庄园，就一定要去酒厂
这能提升你对巴林达洛赫的整体体验。
这里很棒，玩得更开心，而且庄园景色优美——一定要亲自去看看！
