Big Splash Adventure Indoor Waterpark & Resort的点评
点评：Was hesitant about going based on the reviews, but we went anyway. Most of the reviews are on point. The most disappointing part was that the pool bottom and sides are so rough that our grandson's feet and knees were cut, scraped and bleeding afterward that we did not go down the 2nd day. They do sell pool shoes, definitely recommend if you don't have any. Recommend going out for breakfast too. We will most likely not be back. It is not like that other larger indoor waterpark that is a little further away.
We would like to commend the associate at Shotz. Unfortunately, we arrived 2 hours early, since they had not adjusted their hours on the website. This ended up being OK, since we visited French Lick Resort and Wilstem (drive through wildlife park) while we waited. When we got back, we were the only ones there and our grandson was hesitant about going since he had never played before (he is sensitive to loud sounds). The associate adjusted the volume and brought the lights up a little. It made such a huge difference for him. We enjoyed our time there and appreciate the compassion the associate displayed.

我们想表扬一下Shotz的工作人员。很遗憾，我们提前两个小时到了，因为他们网站上的营业时间还没更新。不过还好，因为我们在等的时候去了French Lick Resort和Wilstem（一个可以开车进去的野生动物园）。等我们回来的时候，只有我们两个人，孙子因为之前没玩过水上乐园，所以有点犹豫（他对噪音很敏感）。工作人员帮我们调低了音量，把灯光调亮了一些。这对孙子来说真是太好了。我们在那里度过了愉快的时光，并感谢那位同事所展现出的同情心。
