Terrible customer service

点评：I ordered a run and raisin ice-cream. On first taste it was icy and the texture was rough and , sugary. I decided to continue, it was awful. This flavour had probably defrosted at some stage and the customer a captive audience they didn't care!
I took the ice cream back to the counter and told the girl my concern. She replied it could just be the raisins. I decided I didn't think that was the case and asked her if I could get another icecream and passed it to her to put in the bin. She abruptly told me to take it outside to the bin in the street. She watched me and I asked her if she had taste tested the run and raisin, she said yes and agreed it did not have a good texture and said well I wouldn't know I don't actually like rum and raisin myself! I then asked for a salty caramel scoop. The texture was lovely. I then had to pay another 3pd ++ for this icecream.
Surprised at the extra cost after she agreed the first ice cream was not great she said she would take it up with the supplier.
Very disappointed and the server was rude.
