Disappointing Stay with Poor Service, Facilities, and Directions

点评：We had high hopes for our stay but were left disappointed from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself is old, and the lack of customer service was evident right from the reception. When we arrived, several staff members were scattered in the lobby, but no one approached us to assist. At the reception desk, the receptionist was unwelcoming, not even offering a smile. We were made to wait almost two hours before finally being checked in.
The facilities were outdated, and some were poorly maintained. Finding the jacuzzi was a hassle as there were no proper signs or directions. When we asked the staff for help, they vaguely pointed somewhere and said "there," leaving us confused about where to go. It took us quite some time to locate the jacuzzi, which turned out to be disappointing. It was small, more like a personal unit, and there was an additional charge to use it. Worse, the water smelled unpleasant—like pee—and seemed unchanged, with noticeable dust inside.
Hygiene was another major issue. The toilet in our room had cockroaches, which was unacceptable.
When we inquired about water sports activities at the reception, we were redirected to the activity area. However, upon arrival, the staff there were unhelpful. A lady at the desk ignored us, continuing to work on her computer despite us knocking on her window. Thankfully, Mang Jimmy stepped in and assisted us, but her behavior was unprofessional and frustrating.
