点评：I tackled the famous Kokoda Trail with a mate in July 2024 , the group was fantastic, we mafe some great freinds along the trek as well. Our group leaders & historians were first class. it was a hard but very enjoyable experience & wouls recommend this trek of a lifetime to everyone. The food was basic (,but hey we are camping) so its fine & there was always plenty.
There ia always plenty of fresh fruit ,& local hade made souvenirs to purchase on the track, & the local people they are all very warm &welcoming to all the trekers . The kids love us with small gifts (Ballons were a huge hit)
I chose South Sea Horizons as they were a local owned group & the money stays in the villages. all our porters lived on or vey close to the Kokoda track .
