Told to buy socks in order to participate in activities when attempting to check in on my autistic child who had disappeared to the blind spot of the main area for a number of mins. Ironic as no member of staff was wearing the grip socks. No offering of assistance to a parent who is looking to check in with their child,simply signposted to reception for said purchase.
Manager hid on phone while giving instructions to a clearly under trained member of staff when I questioned the policy.
Not a single member of staff corrects the behaviour of the children or misuse of the course. Instead they stand at the entrance and chat amongst themselves. Multiple blind spots where no staff ventures and if you're lucky to find one they clearly have no interest in safety.
This all stems from clear weak, non-present and disinterested management of the site.
