Santhika Dream Hill Retreat Center的点评
点评：If you want an authentic experience that mixes finding yourself, sorting yourself out, relaxation, friendships, yoga, meditation, spiritual awakening, day trips, healing and lots of fun, then this is it.
I chose the 23 day self awareness retreat and it was the most amazing experience partly due to the fact that I didn't expect the world, went with the flow and kept an open mind. The rest was down to Anna and her amazing team of facilitators and staff. Guru Made who brought the spiritual aspect, healing sessions and the most amazing meditations where you sit and watch the sunset after. The beautiful Guru Ari who does lazy yoga at the weekends and the most insightful private healing sessions. Mira with her amazing sound healing and Leela game, Rinne who minds everyone in yoga and of course Anna with the aroma psychology and Mac. Throw in a few wonderful massages, day trips, cooking classes and flower baths and you're set for a journey of self exploration, self love and lots of laughter.
I stayed in Santhika b & b where Novie and the girls really look after you. Rooms are air conditioned and you are driven up to dream hill which is only 5 minutes away. Beware there are a lot of steep steps but you get used to them. Rooms in dream hill are more rustic, unusual and have fans.
You are about 4 hours north of the airport, but it's worth it. Lovina beach is only a 5 minute drive from Santhika.
Ages at the retreat ranged from 22 to 68, mainly solo travellers with a mix of male and females from all over the world.
I can't wait to go back. Big shout out to all the wonderful staff. You were amazing, suksma!!
