Foods were okay but unimpressed with the services

点评：I live over 200 kms from this restaurant. This was my 3rd time visiting. I booked table online on the day for 6 including high hair for an 18 months old and arrived on time. We were taken to sit just right under a big TV screen. I asked a lady who took us there if there was anywhere else she could fit us, then she asked me back “when did you book ? “ , I said just on the same day. She said “ those tables were booked a week in advance so no” with a bit of an attitude.
We were standing around the table trying to sort ourselves out if we could dine under that TV. Sitting right under the TV and face out was okay but sit facing the screen which just over a metre away would make use nausea. We decided to go to the front counter to ask again if they could sit us anywhere else. A same lady pointed the hand to the table with stools right next to the entry “Sit there if you want”.
I knew they were busy but service with attitudes kind of unacceptable in a hospitality industry. This has ruined our night completely, we were planing to have some cocktails and enjoyed the nice evening. Everyone felt a bit upset after was treated by the a lady.
As for foods, we ordered seafoods platter which a lot smaller than the time before we visited
and steak with side sweet Foods were okay however it was not as nice as the first 2 times we were there. Maybe everyone just felt off from the service.
