Great itinerary, but tour guide started tours and walked off before I could even get off the bus

点评：I was on a private trip.
The Good: great itinerary, the bus was new and clean, was able to dip in the hot springs, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.
The Bad: I didn't see the representative's sign so was difficult to meet-up, I had to sit with my knees spread because leg room was so short (I have short legs), and the guide was terrible when off the bus. Specifically, by the time I was off the bus (last because I was in the last seat) he had already starting walking and talking so I missed most of what he shared. And at one stop, they got WAY ahead of me before I even got off the bus, that I totally lost the group, and turned the wrong way. I found where the bus had parked and another guide helped me locate my group.
Azores are beautiful, and I would use this tour company with the caveats - confirm the leg room on the bus you're on, and ensure the tour guide waits for the group to be assembled to start the walking tours.
