点评：The actual demonstration and the shop were great, we enjoyed the experience, also it was lovely and cool inside the store on a very hot day. The staff are very attentive whilst you are browsing. I did decide to make a couple of purchases and am very pleased with the earrings (still going strong 3months later) however it is altogether a different story with the pearl bracelet.
I am very happy with the actual pearls and their quality, however after 2 days of wearing, a loose thread appeared between the pearls, as I didn't want to lose them I put them back in their box to be worn only after having them checked by a jeweller on my return home.
What a surprise! The jeweller said that although the quality of the pearls was very good, the bracelet was poorly strung using inferior materials, they needed to be completely restrung. In the meantime, my friend who had also purchased the same bracelet, lost hers completely as the clasp was not of a good quality - a mere bang on a flat surface would find the clasp opening up, we did not notice that this could be a problem whilst purchasing. So of course I also had the clasp upgraded to a more secure one.
I provided this information to Legend Pearl, expecting them to pay for the cost of the restringing since it was faulty, however after much to-ing and fro-ing, providing photographs and receipts, they refused. I did not expect them to pay for the replacement of the more secure clasp as I should have checked that at the time of the purchase, however the cost of restringing the pearls should have been reimbursed as it was faulty
So please, if you do decide to make a purchase here, be very careful and make a close inspection of your jewellery before handing over your money.
