GAVE A SECOND CHANCE.. but WORST THIS TIME!!!!

点评：We went to Vieques for a day, and the only available company that had a Golf Cart were them. Even tough I’ve rented with them in June/2024 (and the experience and charges were horrible). First the driver picks you at the Ferry to take you to their officed, it’s a ten minute ride. After getting there the process took about 2 hours, due to lack of personnel, and you have to do two lines to get it. After losing those two hours as part of our day trip, the worst part was taking back the Cart. They told us to be at a certain hour, because they can take you back to the Ferry (but it only includes the driver), so we had to call a Taxi. After this there were like 4 employees doing the taking of the cars, or renting them to the tourist. The employee’s are part of the worst experience, they sent us back and fort for any of them to get our Cart, the employess themselvs were taking it on us. The people/tourist that come to the Island, they are given a 10/10 experience, but us locals, puertorican treated us like “garbage”; the process of them taking back our car was like 30 minutes.
