Vieques trip, great customer service!
Vieques UTV Rental的点评
点评：This was my second time renting a car with UTV rentals in Vieques. We did the mid size SUV since it was cheaper than the Jeeps but only $10 more than the golf carts. We liked having the AC and more space to put our bags when driving around the island.
Their customer service is superb, glad I didn’t see the other reviews before I booked with them. I had to change my reservation time to a later ferry arrival and it was super easy. We got a flat tire after hours and Carolyn? Sent out a mechanic to fix our tire that night so we could still make our horseback riding tour the next morning. I was surprised by how kind and responsive and out of their way the staff went to help us out. They were amazing and I plan to continue using UTV rentals whenever I visit Vieques again and for my Culebra trip coming up!
