Extremely extremely disappointing

点评：Unfortunately really disappointed in our stay in one of the ‘apartments’. We stayed in Styche and it was not an apartment, more a collection of rooms leading off a shared public corridor.
Everything was very old and not very clean. All the door handles are on the wrong way round so you have to twist them the opposite way to get out of a room which left the children confused and not wanting to be alone in a room.
KITCHEN
In the kitchen, there was only 1 pan that worked on the hob. The sofas in there were very dusty/ dog hairy also. The dishwasher left food remnants all over the dishes and there was only a very tiny bottle of washing up liquid provided for the 5 days we were there. Very old tv. No wifi that we could find. No highchair provided.
BEDROOMS
uncomfortable mattresses that are very old. One was even made of straw? (See photos). We had to sleep on duvets on top of the mattresses to make it bearable. Very dirty carpets in every room. Smelled very musty and of mice. One of the rooms has a constant loud humming sound in it (not sure what). Hardly any plug sockets or lamps. Also every ceiling light has a different colour (kelvin) bulb in which really highlights the lack of care. The mugs are from a 1999 anniversary so I expect everything in the rooms is this old or older. New mugs might be nice.
BATHROOMS
One had a broken pane in the window so was cold. One had a broken toilet bowl. Hand soap ran out during our stay. The other had a very dirty and old bath/ shower. Broken light above the mirror.
The only nice thing about our stay was the grounds - they are beautiful. But did not make up for accommodation that wasn’t clean or cared for in any way.

卧室
床垫很旧，睡起来很不舒服。其中一个床垫甚至是用稻草做的？（见照片）。我们只能在床垫上铺上羽绒被才能勉强睡着。每个房间的地毯都非常脏。空气中弥漫着霉味和老鼠味。其中一个房间一直发出很大的嗡嗡声（不知道是什么）。插座和灯具都很少。而且每个吸顶灯的灯泡色温都不一样，这更凸显了缺乏维护。杯子是1999年纪念款的，所以我估计房间里的所有东西都差不多是这个年代的，甚至更老。如果能换成新的杯子就好了。
浴室
其中一间浴室的窗户玻璃破了，所以很冷。一间浴室的马桶坏了。我们入住期间洗手液用完了。另一间浴室的浴缸/淋浴间非常脏旧。镜子上方的灯也坏了。
这次入住唯一值得称道的地方就是酒店的庭院——风景很美。但这完全弥补不了住宿环境的脏乱和缺乏维护。
