点评：Thank you for the most amzing experience, I was told how good the swimming with whales was by someone when I did the lagoon cruise. Don't leave Aitutaki without doing it!
I rocked up Sunday morning hoping to find a trip knowing most things were closed, no problem they had spaces in the afternoon.
The boat was almost new, the crew were professional and there were only 5 passengers. We quickly found whales just outside the reef. When we jumped in there were 2 whales sleeping in 35m of water. The water was super clear and we just floated watching them sleep until the whales came up for air. The whales were very aware that we were snorkling above them and came towards us for a look before taking a breath and going back to the bottom to sleep. They came within 10m of us ... amazing.
For the full Bubbles Below experience get a coffee at the cafe, it was the best we had on Aitutaki plus as a free bonus you get the Faulty Towers experince with the lady making the coffee. She actually smiled and laughed at me (not with me!) after 4 days! But, she certainly made great coffee!
Tip, they only take cash, they didn't have card facilities.
