点评：Not a lot can I say without being really negative. The main reason for our visit was to purchase planed timber for a project. After sourcing timber which proved very difficult. Lots of stock in various lengths but mostly bowed or twisted certainly struggled to find enough. After much searching I managed to find a few lengths. Then searched around for other items on my list. I did find a few items but they had already been opened and on a couple of occasions parts were missing so it was really disappointing.
After a fruitless experience we decided to have coffee and a bite to eat. Hmm! What can I or we say is more accurate. "YUK" we left our drinks etc. and walked out. This seems to have only happened after the dinning room closed down more the pity. I've no idea what is happening but I got the impression that the business is struggling to survive, certainly not like the Trago we've used over the past 12 years or so. Maybe it's time to seek a fresh look still selling the same type of goods but in a more independent look using smaller businesses trading on a lease system whereby better control can be made over staff and stock. With the amount of space available why not think about an entertainment section i.e. A cinema, mini bowling, a roller skating area or a small childrens climbing area. Surely that would bring in more families?
And finally back to the timber on trying to plane it straight the wood was still very green or in layman's terms wet. So in the end a waste of money and purchased from Bonds Timber instead. What should have been a few days work ended up taking a week.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. So please, Trago management team sit around the table. Drink your coffee from your new coffee shop and start thinking of what can be achieved to have a positive outcome and turn Trago around before it is too late. Ask your customers what they would be seeing, I'm sure you will be enlightened by the feedback.

失望之情难以言表。所以，特拉戈的管理团队，请坐下来好好想想。在你们新开的咖啡店里喝着咖啡，想想怎样才能扭转局面，在为时已晚之前让特拉戈重回正轨。问问你们的顾客，他们希望看到什么，我相信他们的反馈会给你们带来启发。
