Dirty and lazy staff.

点评：Previously used Clip n Climb, so kids were excited to go.
Kids not impressed, neither was I.
Unfriendly staff, the one giving the safety lecture was clearly bored. States online this takes 30 mins, was over in 5 mins.
Kids left to clip themselves in and out which they found hard, only one member of staff around to help so I ended up with them.
Several extra things to do such as drop slide and a horizontal wall walk, but £3.50 each for two goes?! Seriously? Why not just include it?
Limited tables to sit at, all were covered in food, cups, bowls, plates. The cafe was closed as well so how long this had been sat around I don’t know.
Three members of staff sat around the front desk, all chatting away and browsing Amazon on the computer. The monitor was in full view of the public and staff at one point looking at fake pregnancy bellies on Amazon.
Odd that other people have said same comments about staff, guessing no management, or there is and they don’t care either.
Not impressed, wouldn’t recommend.
To protect privacy of staff, have not uploaded the photo of them sat around browsing Amazon, but have emailed company.
