点评:Even on a cold and wet Sunday (15th Feb 26) we absolutely loved seeing the animals especially the goats that were such characters!!!!
It was such an absolute privilege to see the new born lambs- some of which had only been born earlier in the day❤️ and the greedy baby piglets were just the cutest to watch.
I spent the whole time smiling, although I think we were expecting to see a few different animals so perhaps a note on the website to reflect that perhaps because it’s winter not all the animals would be seen.
My only criticism would be that my 88 year old Dads carer booked on an essential companion ticket was not admitted as we don’t hold something called an ‘Access Pass’.
I did query whether proof is required when I booked online and was sent the accessibility info, however because I only booked the tickets two days earlier, the info stated that it would take a few days to process and this wouldn’t have been received in time.
On arrival I presented her DWP carers allowance confirmation letter presuming that this would be sufficient proof, however this wasn’t accepted and we had to pay an extra £15.95 for her.
I found this was very disappointing and unusual, particularly when it’s sufficient proof for accessing both Bleinham
Palace, Kew Gardens!!!!
