Terrible experience – unprofessional, rushed, and discriminatory

点评：AVOID AT ALL COST
We booked the sunset evening safari and specifically requested dune bashing, a photo stop at sunset, and camel riding – in that order. But the entire experience was a huge disaster.
First of all, the guide took the full payment before the tour even started. That should have been a warning sign. That gave him the opportunity to give us a bad tour.
Instead of following the agreed plan, he took us for camel riding first and then immediately asked if we wanted to go home. We hadn’t even started the main activities yet.
After that, we did the ATV ride – which is insanely overpriced, by the way. Again, he kept asking if we wanted to go home, even though we still hadn’t done dune bashing or stopped for sunset photos.
When we told him clearly that we wanted to stop for sunset photos, he seemed surprised – and made a rude comment about our ethnicity, saying something like « these Somalis want sunset photos» in his language. We were shocked. It was discriminatory and unacceptable.
Because he rushed us so much, we missed the sunset. The photos we got were terrible. We did not get the experience we were promised and paid for.
I’ve done desert safaris before with other companies, and they were great. This was nothing like that. It felt rushed, disorganized, and disrespectful from start to finish.
Avoid this company at all costs – they don’t keep their promises, they rush through everything, and worst of all, they discriminate. Very unprofessional.
