点评：Came on here to write a review about this fabulous little bar, and saw the very negative one below. I visit Wye fairly regularly and always pop into the Sawyers for a drink or 2. I have to say i was actually in the bar when this very rude couple were outside having brought their own food and drink from the adjacent business. The barmaid was very polite informing them that the seating outside was for Sawyers customers, and had they been apologetic and said it had been a mistake on their part, the barmaid had said she would have let them stay to finish their picnic. However, both the man and woman were so rude, using expletive language to this poor young lady who was only doing her job. I thought she handled it very well. As for the owner, the poor young lady did call him down as she was visibly shaken by their uncalled for and explosive behaviour. He was very fair and was not rude even when met with extremely rude language from this couple. As for the bar, i visit on my own, and with friends and can honestly say it is a gem of a place. Staff are friendly, hospitable, wide range of drinks which are a good price, and the atmosphere is great. You only have to look at other reviews. Definitely recommend, word of advice for that rude couple, when visiting any business in hospitality, maybe not a good idea to bring your own food and drink!
