Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service.

点评：I placed an order for a small steel tongue drum on May 28th and was told it was in stock and would be delivered in a few days. Two days later, I was informed that the box they located was actually empty and it would take about 10 more days to receive my order. Over two weeks later, I called them back to check on my order. After being put on hold for long minutes and having to call them back, I was told to expect it in a week, but they would keep me posted.
I received no updates whatsoever and still no drum, so I called again two weeks later. I was told my drum still hadn't been restocked and they couldn't tell me when it would be. I was offered a different colour and octave drum, which I accepted to avoid waiting for many more months, even though I had tried the other one and really wanted that one. The person on the phone said that I would get it in a couple of days.
Three days later, I received an email saying that I needed to settle the outstanding balance for the delivery to be arranged, even though I had paid in full a month and a half ago. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to save yourself the hassle of constantly chasing something you already paid for. I have asked for a goodwill gesture which was declined, and I still don't know when I will finally receive my drum.
