Arrived damaged, obviously packed by manufacturer this way so no blame on Andertons for this, however getting it replaced became delayed and then made an attempt to get me to accept another damaged replacement, spouting nonsense about "being acceptable at that price range". No I don't think so. Never heard such rubbish. Eventually they sent out my replacement. 100% happy with that but this is as it should have been from day one. Also just to add insult to my experience they took back their issued loyalty rewards. Due to all this I would be very unlikely to use them again. I've purchased guitars online from a number of places without incident. After since reading reviews online it appears to be common approach to customer service. Maybe they should invest in a less 'jack the lad' guitar specialist and treat online sales with a bit more respect. Think carefully.
