点评：My wife and i visited a beach bar in Westende today and had a generally pleasant experience at first, placing multiple orders without any issues. However, when I received the wrong drink with one of my orders, I pointed it out to the waiter. To my surprise, I was called a liar in response. I was honestly shocked, as I had already paid for my drinks and was simply trying to correct the mistake.
Unfortunately, this left a bad taste, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's really frustrating when you're treated like that, especially when all you're doing is trying to resolve a small issue. There are so many beach bars in the area, and I’d definitely recommend choosing a different one where you're treated with more respect.
Additionally, I didn't feel particularly comfortable as a non-Dutch speaker. It was difficult to communicate and understand the staff, and it made the experience feel even more unwelcoming.
Overall, not a place I’d recommend.
