点评：My wife & I have gone since 2019 when it opened. We're not big baseball fans but love the interaction between the teams and fans. We always sit right field where the bar is and get seats literally by the field. We have taken our grandkids there when younger and have pics of when they have gotten a game ball. You had to leave early to get one of these seats. Fast forward to June 2026 - no one in the ticket office, there is staff out front to help with the new digital process but if you don't bring your phone with your email setup on it then no go. WHY wouldn't you have at least one person at the window selling tickets? Makes no sense and an obvious lost of revenue at least a customer service issue. Second don't enter the line for Club members when there are no Club Members there & long lines with families waiting to go through. You will be waived back from a female with the biggest scowl on her face. Wish I had taken a picture, granddaughter a little shooked up. And LASTLY, again for the first 5 years you had to leave early to get seats by the field, general admission & best seats in the house, reasonable too - BUT NOW NO DRAFT BEER all the sudden, we're told improper design. Well by golly, the thing worked great for the first 5 years. Got a can of a beer, ick, ended up getting water with ice cups. Something has changed since 2025, beer obviously died, management change maybe, a lack of customer service. This place use to be a Grand Slam - Hope they get their act together.
