Ace Cinemas的点评
点评：So we booked tonight in the Lux Cinema. We were thrilled to find that Midland Ace Cinema is now Midland Hoyts Cinema as we have always had a great experience at other Hoyts locations. We usually have good service at Midland Ace Cinema as well. However this was definitely not the case tonight. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I’m not sure whether the young man who served us was just plain dumb or what but he totally stuffed our food order up. After it took like 15min to try and explain to him what we wanted. And then when we complained because we were brought the incorrect order he acted like we were the idiots. So damn rude. Moments later we pushed the service button to order a drink. No one came to tend to us at all.
To add to this the movie was almost finished yet we still had not received our ice creams. So because they weren’t coming when we push our service button. I had to walk out to the bar area and inquire. Their reply oh yes we are just bringing them in to you. 5 minutes later they come with one ice cream. I let her know I ordered 2 ice creams and the other one is cookies n cream. She brings a mint ice ream 🤦🏻♀️
Honestly I was so over their BS I just ate the mint ice cream.
Movie would have been great but having had such awful customer service, it spoilt our whole night.
If you attend any time soon and you are served by a boy with ginger hair make him read your order back to you or else you may end up with food you never ordered.
One more thing there were only 4 of us in the theatre so they weren’t busy with orders.
